Israel murders two Palestinians in Jenin

Occupied Jerusalem - The Israeli occupation army on Thursday murdered two Palestinians in the northern West Bank town of Jenin, Palestinian medical sources said.

The two have been identified as Muhammed Ziad and Ahmed Abahreh, both of Jenin.Palestinian sources said the two men, who the Israeli occupation army said were members of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades (AMB) were assassinated by a Zionist death squad.

The Israeli army also repeated the normal claim that the two were active within the Islamic Jihad group. Israel normally ascribes "Islamic Jihad affiliation" to nearly all Palestinians its army murders to justify the killings.

Palestinian official Sa'eb Ureikat said he was worried that the upcoming Israeli elections would become a season for more bloodletting of Palestinian civilians.

In the past, Israeli Jewish voters gave generals who killed more Palestinians their votes as criminality against the Palestinians is viewed in Israel as the most important political qualification.
